A note on birth data. Where you share birth date, time, or location with us for the purpose of a session or a class exercise, we treat it as personal information under this policy. We use it only for the purpose you shared it for, and we do not publish or share it without your permission.

Our email communications are sent through Flodesk, which operates separately from our academy platform hosted on Thinkific. Your email address may be securely transferred between these services solely for the purpose of managing communications related to our academy and services.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Transactional messages relating to a purchase or your account access may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

Section 17Session Recordings and Promotional Use
When you participate in any live class, coaching call, group program, webinar, or community session hosted by DESIGN DECODED LLC, please be aware of the following.
Session recording
Sessions may be recorded for internal use, course delivery, or quality purposes. By participating, you acknowledge that your voice, your written chat messages, and your verbal comments may be captured. If your camera is on, your image may also be captured. You may keep your camera off and use a display name of your choosing at any time.
Our sessions can include personal, sensitive, or difficult subject matter, and recordings are kept as they happened by default rather than edited for content. If you would like your contribution, or a specific topic or moment, left out of a recording, please tell us and we will remove it. We rely on you to flag what you'd like left out, since we do not assume on your behalf that something shared should be excluded.
Promotional use of testimonials
As outlined in our Terms of Service, any written comments, chat messages, verbal feedback, or testimonials you share during or after a session may be used by DESIGN DECODED LLC for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and email marketing. Your first name or initials only will be used unless you separately consent to full name use.
